Aloe Relocation & Garden Transformation : Project Smit – Marina Martinique

What began as a daring relocation of ancient Aloe barberae specimens has grown into one of our most rewarding landscape transformations to date. The BenTuin team was tasked with rescuing, transporting, and re-establishing these monumental aloes, followed by a complete redesign of the surrounding garden space.

These aloes, true giants, were carefully uprooted, wrapped, lifted, transported over long distances, and re-planted into a modern coastal property inside Marina Martinique. What you see today is the birth of an iconic feature garden that blends architectural lines with indigenous beauty.
